Customer documentation

Account and topic lifecycle.

Pause when you may return to a topic. Delete only when you want its configuration removed permanently. Neither action refunds a Pay As You Go window that has already started.

Pausing a topic

Pause stops collection immediately and preserves the topic. For Pay As You Go, it disables renewal. Resume inside the displayed paid window at no charge, or pay 6 credits after expiration.

Switching subscription-covered topics

Open Billing, choose up to the plan limit, and save. Newly selected topics use the plan’s remaining capacity. Unselected topics stop without entering Pay As You Go.

Deleting a topic

Deletion stops collection and renewal immediately and cannot be undone. The current Pay As You Go window is not refunded. Billing and transaction records remain for support and audit.

Deleting a workspace

Deleting a workspace stops its collection and removes access immediately. An active subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of the current paid period, and the saved payment method is not charged for another period. Remaining paid time cannot be used after deletion and is not refunded. If cancellation cannot be scheduled, nothing is deleted.

Workspace data is removed while detached financial history remains available for receipts, refunds, disputes, and audit.

Support reset

Where support offers a fresh trial reset, it uses one explicit authorization, preserves append-only financial history, and creates a new trial state. It never rewrites prior credit movements.
