Am I buying replies or engagement?
No. You are buying conversation analysis. Reply.Quest never posts, likes, follows, or reposts on its own, nothing leaves this app unless you wrote it and sent it. Every reply remains your decision and your writing.
What happens when the wallet reaches zero?
Subscription collection and active trial collection continue when credits available for actions reach zero. Pay As You Go renewals stop for insufficient paid credits and recover automatically after a top-up while auto-renew remains enabled.
What happens if I cancel a monthly plan?
Collection continues through the paid subscription period. After it ends, collection stops until you subscribe again or explicitly enable Pay As You Go. Paid credits remain yours.
How does optional auto top-up work?
Auto-top-up buys the selected credit pack when the paid wallet crosses your threshold. It can fund automatic recovery for Pay As You Go topics whose auto-renew intent remains enabled.
Does buying credits start collection?
No. A purchase only adds permanent paid credits. Pay As You Go collection starts only after you explicitly activate it on an eligible topic and confirm the 6-credit charge, rolling 24-hour duration, 50-post limit, automatic renewal, and no-refund rule.
Why can 50 collected posts produce fewer recommendations?
Collection capacity is a limit, not a recommendation guarantee. Duplicate, irrelevant, restricted, stale, or below-threshold posts do not become inbox items. Read the collection guide.
