New Basic and AI Discovery Inbox results have stopped because no result credit remains. Add credits to resume eligible covered sources or use a priced manual action. Buying credits does not activate a new paid source window.
Daily Signal Limit reached
Automatic work resumes as prior Inbox results leave your rolling 24-hour limit. Open Billing to change or remove the optional limit. Manual actions do not count toward it.
Spending paused
Resume spending in Billing when you are ready.
Collection complete for this period
This is an ordinary covered state, not a topic failure. The topic has collected its available posts for the current recurring period, collects no more posts during that period, and resumes automatically when the displayed next period begins.
The collected-post limit is a maximum, not a promise of that many Inbox conversations. Duplicate, unavailable, restricted, unsafe, or incomplete rows remain outside the Inbox.
Payment failed
Update the saved payment method and complete payment. Credits are not silently spent in place of subscription coverage.
Provider outage
Your settings and coverage remain safe. Reply.Quest retries automatically and notifies customers for a sustained outage. Deliberately paused topics do not receive outage notices.
System problem
Retry the state check. Contact support if the state remains stopped.
Unknown state
Collection fails closed. Retry the state check, then contact support with the workspace, topic, and visible status.
