Start LinkedIn collection
The confirmation shows the 5-credit charge, 24-hour duration, 40-post limit, automatic renewal, immediate effect, and no-refund rule before anything is charged. Both Basic and AI Discovery require at least 6 paid credits. Activation charges 5 and leaves one credit for the first Inbox result. Buying credits does not add LinkedIn or activate a new window.
LinkedIn during the trial
Onboarding lets you choose X, LinkedIn, or both. LinkedIn can collect up to 40 posts per search per recurring 24-hour period for 7 days. Every Basic or AI Discovery Inbox result uses one credit. The trial ending stops LinkedIn and never silently purchases a paid window. Buying paid credits during the trial does not end it.
Subscription topic eligibility
While a subscription is active, LinkedIn can be added only beneath a topic selected for plan coverage. Its 5-credit source charge still applies. Paid credits cannot add LinkedIn beneath a topic beyond the plan limit, choose another covered topic or upgrade.
Automatic renewal
Each LinkedIn topic renews independently. On the first due collection attempt after its window expires, Reply.Quest charges 5 paid credits and starts the next window. Turning auto-renew off lets the current paid window continue, then stops.
Pause, resume, and delete
Pause stops LinkedIn collection immediately, turns auto-renew off, and does not refund the current window. Resume before the displayed window end costs nothing. Resume after expiration charges 5 paid credits for a new window.
Deleting the topic stops collection and renewal immediately. The current window is not refunded, and the topic definition cannot be restored.
Insufficient credits and automatic recovery
If a renewal cannot charge 5 paid credits and leave one credit for the first Inbox result, collection stops but auto-renew intent remains. A top-up resumes eligible enabled sources in the saved customer priority order when that balance requirement is met.
Capacity, outages, and system problems
The 40-post capacity is a limit, not a guarantee of collected posts or Inbox conversations. Provider outages and system problems stop only the affected source, preserve its settings, and show a specific recovery state. Reply.Quest does not promise an exact collection cadence.
