Customer documentation

LinkedIn data, privacy, and deletion.

Collected LinkedIn conversations and the Reply.Quest records built from them are kept until an explicit source correction or removal, customer deletion, or workspace deletion requires a change. There is no automatic age-based archive.

Retention

LinkedIn and X follow the same indefinite content-retention policy. Topic age limits decide what may be collected next, not whether a conversation already collected disappears from the Inbox.

Source corrections and removals

If a source post changes materially, Reply.Quest removes stale suggestions and re-evaluates the corrected public content before surfacing it again. If the source reports the post removed, the collected post and customer-visible records derived from it are removed. Financial history remains body-free.

Connection, revocation, and disconnection

LinkedIn account connection is not currently enabled. When available, tokens will be encrypted, workspace-scoped, and removable. Revoked or expired permission will stop direct account actions and require reconnection, it will not turn on a fallback posting path.

Topic and workspace deletion

Deleting a topic stops both network sources and removes its configuration. Deleting a workspace removes its customer data and access. Detached financial records remain only for receipts, refunds, disputes, and audit and do not retain post or reply bodies.
