Customer documentation

LinkedIn replies and results.

For a LinkedIn conversation, copy the suggested reply, open the source post on LinkedIn, review the live conversation, and choose whether to send it. Reply.Quest never posts automatically.

Copy and continue on LinkedIn

Select or edit a suggestion, choose Copy Reply, then choose Open on LinkedIn. LinkedIn does not provide a supported link that preloads reply text, so the copied text and source link remain two explicit steps. Your saved draft stays in Reply.Quest if LinkedIn asks you to sign in.

No automated posting

You review the source, decide whether the suggestion is appropriate, edit it in your own voice, and make the final send decision. Collection and suggestion preparation can run in the background. Posting never does.

Connecting LinkedIn and direct posting

Direct posting is not currently enabled. The connection and human-approved send path remain unavailable until Reply.Quest has the required LinkedIn application access and separately enables the feature. When enabled, each send will still require an immediate customer confirmation and will never originate from a background job.

Track a LinkedIn reply for 3 credits

Paste the exact public LinkedIn comment link after posting. Before purchase, Reply.Quest shows the 3-credit charge, four scheduled checks, supported and unavailable metrics, immediate effect, and refund rule. Active trial credits are used first, then the permanent paid wallet. Page views do not issue scheduled result checks.

Four result checks

Checks become due around 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, and 28 days after tracking starts. Delayed provider availability may postpone a check. The Results page shows what completed, what remains due, and when the last usable snapshot was captured.

Available LinkedIn results

Where the public reply remains available, Reply.Quest can report supported reaction counts and public replies to that reply. It records the source and last-checked time and lets you record a conversation, direct message, meeting, opportunity, or no outcome yourself.

Metrics that are not available

Reply.Quest does not promise LinkedIn impressions, profile views, link clicks, private messages, follower growth, revenue attribution, or identity details LinkedIn does not make available through the supported result path. An unavailable metric is shown as unavailable, never as zero.

Failures and refunds

A temporarily unavailable checkpoint is retried only when no paid provider request could have occurred. If all four scheduled result checks finish without one usable snapshot, the 3 credits return to the same originating credit balances as linked movements. If Reply.Quest cannot safely continue the schedule after an internal processing interruption, the remaining checks stop and the full 3-credit charge is returned, even when an earlier snapshot remains available.
