Networks and unified topics.

A topic describes the conversation you want to find. The same topic can collect on X, LinkedIn, or both, and every network keeps its own collection state, capacity, charge, renewal setting, and recovery action.

One topic, more than one network

Add a topic once, then choose its networks separately. Conversations from every enabled network arrive in the same Inbox with a visible network label. Inbox filters let you view all networks together or one at a time.

Using your public LinkedIn page at setup

When you choose LinkedIn during setup, you may share your personal profile or company page. Reply.Quest reads the public page and a limited set of recent posts to understand what you know and offer before suggesting topics. This does not connect your account or post anything, and the page is optional when your other answers already provide enough detail.

Independent collection state

A pause, capacity limit, payment issue, or provider outage on one network does not silently stop the other. The topic card shows the aggregate answer, followed by the authoritative X and LinkedIn state and control for each network.

Mode-specific evidence, platform-specific limits

Basic results include literal match evidence. AI Discovery results also include qualification and reply suggestions. Character limits, outbound controls, available results, and connection permissions follow the network where the source post lives.

Examples and edge cases

If X is paused and LinkedIn is collecting, the topic remains collecting on one network. If LinkedIn reaches its window limit while X still has capacity, X continues. If both stop, the topic shows the highest-priority recovery action without calling either network healthy.

Deleting the logical topic stops and removes both source configurations. Pausing only one network preserves the other.
