Paid credits.

Subscription grants, credit-pack purchases, and support grants form one permanent paid wallet. Every paid credit is fungible and never expires. Trial credits remain separate and expire with the trial.

Credit packs

Buy 250 permanent paid credits for $25, 1,000 for $85, or 5,000 for $375. Each pack is a one-time purchase with no renewal. A pack purchase adds credits to the wallet. It does not by itself start Pay As You Go collection or change an active trial or subscription.

What uses credits

Starting an eligible Pay As You Go topic window costs 6 paid credits. Existing product actions keep their displayed prices, including one credit for angles, two for polish, and one for tracking where those controls state that price.

Spending order

Credit-priced actions spend trial credits first, then paid credits. Pay As You Go collection can use only the permanent paid wallet. Subscription collection and active trial collection do not spend Pay As You Go charges.

Failed actions and returned credits

If a charged angle, polish, or tracking action still cannot complete after its retry limit, its credit is returned to the same credit class it came from. A paid credit returns to the permanent paid wallet.

A trial credit returns only while its original trial period is still active. If the action finishes failing after that trial has ended, the returned trial credit expires with that trial and does not become a paid credit.

Spending controls

Pausing spending blocks credit-priced actions and the next Pay As You Go renewal without erasing balances or topic settings. Included trial and subscription collection continue, and an already-paid Pay As You Go window continues until it expires. A daily credit limit for actions applies only to action spending, not to included subscription or trial collection.

Transaction history, refunds, and disputes

Billing shows the credit class, signed movement, customer-facing reason, date, and resulting class balance. Refunds and disputes appear as linked adjustments. If a dispute is reversed in your favor, the corresponding credits are restored as a separate movement.
