Credit packs
Buy 45 permanent paid credits for $25, 160 for $85, or 710 for $375. Each pack is a one-time purchase with no renewal. A pack purchase adds credits to the wallet. It does not by itself start Pay As You Go collection or change an active trial or subscription.
One credit buys one Inbox result
Basic delivers one literal match. AI Discovery delivers one public conversation, why it is in your Inbox, three reply angles, and one customer bridge. Either result costs one credit. Recommended filters the strongest qualified AI Discovery matches. Delivery spends one trial credit first, then one paid credit. A safety refusal, duplicate, or failed suggestion returns a held credit to its original class.
What uses credits
Each Basic or AI Discovery Inbox result costs one credit. Starting an eligible Pay As You Go X window costs 6 paid credits, and a LinkedIn source window costs 5. The existing manual prices remain one credit for angles, two for polish, and one for X reply tracking. LinkedIn reply tracking shows its separate price before purchase.
Spending order
Inbox results and manual actions spend active trial credits first, then paid credits. Pay As You Go source windows use only the permanent paid wallet. Basic source collection retains those source fees, and each delivered result uses one additional credit.
Incomplete work and returned credits
If Reply.Quest cannot complete a signal or charged manual action before delivery, the held credit returns to the same credit class. A paid credit returns to the permanent paid wallet.
A failed suggestion may be retried within a fixed limit. After its retry limit, the incomplete signal is removed from automatic preparation without another charge.
A trial credit returns only while its original trial period is still active. If work fails after that trial ends, the trial credit expires with its trial and never becomes paid credit.
Spending controls
Pausing spending stops new automatic cost-bearing work, manual credit-priced actions, and the next paid source-window renewal without erasing balances or settings. An already-paid source window continues to expire without a refund.
Daily Signal Limit
The optional Daily Signal Limit caps automatic Inbox results during a rolling 24-hour window. It is off by default and does not count deliberate manual actions. When reached, automatic work stops before new provider or processing cost and resumes as prior results leave the rolling window. You can change or remove the limit in Billing.
Transaction history, refunds, and disputes
Billing shows the credit class, signed movement, customer-facing reason, date, and resulting class balance. Refunds and disputes appear as linked adjustments. If a dispute is reversed in your favor, the corresponding credits are restored as a separate movement.
