Starting Pay As You Go
The confirmation states the 6-credit charge, 24-hour duration, 50-post limit, auto-renew behavior, and no-refund rule before you submit. Buying credits alone does not activate Pay As You Go.
Automatic renewal
Each enabled topic renews separately. On the first collection attempt due after expiration, Reply.Quest charges 6 paid credits and starts the next window. Multiple enabled topics therefore create separate charges.
Insufficient paid credits and recovery
Collection stops, but your auto-renew intent remains enabled. After a top-up, Reply.Quest purchases windows and resumes eligible topics automatically until fewer than 6 paid credits remain. Set the order under Automatic recovery priority in Billing. Until you save an order, older enabled topics recover first.
Pause and resume
Pause stops collection immediately, disables renewal, and does not refund the current window. Resume before that window expires costs nothing. Resume after expiration charges 6 paid credits for a new window.
Topic deletion
Deletion immediately stops collection and renewal and permanently removes the topic configuration. An already-started window is not refunded. Transaction and billing audit history remain.
Pay As You Go and subscriptions
Pay As You Go cannot cover a topic beyond an active subscription’s topic limit. Choose different covered topics or upgrade. Trial or subscription expiry never silently starts Pay As You Go.
