What the plan includes
The post capacity applies across the workspace during each recurring 24-hour entitlement period. Subscription collection does not pay the 6-credit Pay As You Go charge. Paid credits granted each paid period enter the permanent wallet and never expire.
Choose covered topics
You choose which topics use the plan. For the first 18 hours, capacity is divided equally among selected topics. During the final 6 hours, a selected topic may use capacity another selected topic did not use. This reclaim improves utilization without increasing the plan total.
Additional topics require an upgrade
Paid credits cannot fund an over-limit topic while a subscription is active. Choose a different covered topic or upgrade. This prevents an unexpected Pay As You Go charge beside a subscription.
Renewal
Subscription coverage renews after Stripe confirms each recurring payment. Each paid period grants that tier’s permanent paid credits exactly once. If payment fails, collection stops with a payment-failed status until a successful payment restores coverage.
Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade takes effect after successful prorated payment. A downgrade takes effect at renewal. Credits already granted are never clawed back.
Payment failure
If a renewal payment fails, subscription collection stops. The topic status names the failed payment and links to update the payment method. A successful paid invoice restores subscription state. Reply.Quest does not spend paid credits to hide a failed subscription payment.
If a prorated upgrade payment fails, the upgrade does not take effect, no upgrade credits are granted, and your current paid plan continues unchanged.
Cancellation and subscription end
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period. Collection continues until then. If a downgrade is pending, cancellation replaces that plan change because the subscription will end instead. After the subscription ends, collection stops until you subscribe again or explicitly activate Pay As You Go. Permanent paid credits remain available.
